Your files are stored only for the duration of your session on secure servers, then permanently deleted — at the end of your session or after 3 hours maximum. We never read, access, or share your files.

No installation required. pdfbuilder.app runs entirely in your browser. All PDF processing happens securely on the server — just upload and download.
The Images to PDF tool accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, and WebP. The PDF to Images tool exports pages as JPEG or PNG.
Compress reduces file size by downsampling and re-encoding embedded images at lower quality. Web Optimise linearises the PDF for fast byte-range serving on the web. Neither tool alters text or vector content.
Split lets you divide a PDF by page ranges, extract every page as a separate file, or use Visual mode to click individual page thumbnails to mark split points.
Yes. The Protect tool adds a user password (required to open the PDF) and/or an owner password (controls printing and editing permissions).
Use the Unlock tool. You'll need the current password to remove it. The resulting file has no password restrictions.
Server costs are real — ads help cover them so every tool stays free. Ads are unobtrusive and no personal data is used for targeting beyond anonymised contextual signals.
